Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Membership fees Rs 114 one time paid to Shiamarriage.online are non-refundable. Once a profile is activated or a service is rendered, we do not provide refunds for any reason.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in cases of double payment for the same service. In such instances, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, but no prorated refund will be provided for the remaining period of your subscription.
